I have this tendency to jot down random notes on random scraps of paper. Yesterday I found these. Today I found this.
Me: That much cheese as a main dish is not healthy.
Lunch Buddy: There's no meat.
Me: And that makes it healthy?
Lunch Buddy: Yeah.
Me: Chocolate Cake?
Lunch Buddy: Healthy.
Me: Twinkies?
Lunch Buddy: Healthy.
[pause]
Me: Works for me.
I still totally remember this conversation. Pretty sure I'm the only one that finds it funny. Too bad. This isn't your blog. By the way, he no longer works here either. He left a few years back. That's how that works. Yay for the next thing. Seriously can't wait.
I also found a document titled Coping Strategies with the following items listed:
- Chocolate
- Running
- Mac N Cheese
- Chats with Misty
That's a keeper, for sure.
